           서울역 2층 차표발매층 서쪽끝-- 에스카레이터로 지하에, 인천공항행 전철(노인 무료) --

        인천공항 3층 7번홈, 222번 또는 2-1번 잠도행 버스 -- 무의도행 페리 -- 선착장에서 광명리행

        마이크로버스 -- 광명리에서 소 무의도로 인도교.  섬 일주 도보로 2.5km. 

 

 지난 일요일(7월 7일) 장마가 오기 직전에 몇년전 갔었던 무의도(舞衣島)로 향했다. 비가 올지 몰라 혼자서 떠나기로 하였다. 서울역에서 공항 가는 전철을 타고, 약 1시간이 못 되어서 인천공항 지하에 내렸다. 공항 3층 7번 홈에서 잠도 가는 버스를 탔다. 여기에서만 약간 비가 왔다. 약 반시간 만에 큰 길가에 내렸는데, 거기에서 잠도 선착장 까지는 약 20분을 걸어야 하였다.(202번 버스를 탔기 때문). 길가 음식점에서 칼국수를 점심으로 들었다.

  선착장에서 무의도 까지 노인은 삼천원을 받았다. 약 천톤 되는 배가 운행하는데 천여 메터 거리라서 배를 타자 마자, 내리는 기분이었다. 배 위에서는 갈매기 떼들이 먹이를 달라고 가까이 비행을 하고 바다에도 내려 앉았다. 무의도 선착장에서 이번에는 실미도를 제쳐 두고, 남쪽? 광명리 가는 마이크로버스를 탔다.(실미도행 버스를 타고, 물때가 맞으면 북서쪽? 실미도로 건너가서 유격훈련도 가능?).  중간에 하나개 해수욕장 정거장이 있었다. 반시간도 안 걸려서 광명리 종점에 내렸다. 광명리에서 소 무의도로 건너가는 다리가 2011년 말에 완성되어 있었다. 폭이 3.8m에 거리가 약 400m 되었다. 다리 아래 물이 맑고, 낚시질 하는 배가 지나갔다. 소 무의도에서는 입장료 천원을 받았다.

  안내판에는 소 무의도의 내력과 제 8경 까지 설명이 기재되어 있었다. 섬 한바퀴 도는데 약 2.4km 되는

작은 섬이었다. 약 200m 되는 정상으로 막바로 계단을 올라갔다. 정상에는 육각정 정자에서 남향으로 작은 섬이 내려다 보였다. 좀 쉰후 산의 능선을 남동쪽으로? 내려 가는데 레이더가 돌아가는 것이 보였다.

  조금 더 내려가니 명사의 해변이라고 과거 박정희대통령이 와서 쉬었다는 모래 해변이 나왔다. 붉은 색 돌로 남녀를 조각하여 놓은 의자도 있었다. 다시 계단으로 섬의 동남쪽 산록에 오르는데 거기에도 인천항의 출입항을 관제해 주는 레이더가 벽돌집 위에 설치 되어 있었다. 전국에 이런 시설이 약 15 곳에 있다고 한다. 섬의 북쪽으로 내려가니 해변에 어선이 있는 어촌이 나왔다. 해변은 모래 사장이었다. 마을 중앙에는 섬이야기 박물관을 LG 패널로 신축하고 있었다.  3층 높이인데, 앞 모습이 어린이 풍차 돌아가는 모양으로 패널을 붙였다. 해변에서 서북쪽 산기슭에는 부쳐깨미 전망대가 있었다. 여기에서 팔미도가 보이고, 인천 송도 시설들은 북쪽으로 희미하게 보였다. 맑은 날에는 연평도도 보인다고 한다. 또한 이 섬에서 남쪽으로 덕적도도 보인다고 한다.

  옆에 섬 사람들이 옛날에 소를 잡아서 제사를 올렸다는 당산터가 소나무 아래에 있었다. 서쪽 건너에는 (대) 무의도가 지척에 보였다.  조금 더 서쪽으로 가니 바닷물에서 섬의 식수를 뽑아내는 취수시설이

보였다. 더 서쪽으로 가면 (대) 무의도로 가는 인도교에 못 미쳐서 섬에서 가장 커 보이는 서쪽 어촌과 선착장이 있었다. 인천 상륙작전 때에는 이 섬이 보급창으로도 쓰였다니, 지리상의 요지이고, 배가 들어 오기에도 적합한 지역으로 파악된다. 산에 잘 오르지 않던 터라 다리가 좀 피곤하였지만, 아기자기한 섬의 경치를 즐 길 수 있었다. 맑은 날에 오면 인접한 유명한 섬과 지역을 잘 관찰할 수 있을 것이다.

On the edge of the ticket sale floor, west of Seoul Station on 2nd floor - down to the basement on the escalator, Subway Incheon Airport (elderly free) - Bus 222 line for Jamdo - ferry Muui Island - Goangmyongri line minibus on the wharf - across Footbridge for small Muui Island at Goangmyongri - walk around 2.5km in the island.

I headed to Muui island before rain drop last Sunday(July 7). I decided to leave alone because I couldn't know rain is coming. I took subway to Inchon airport from Seoul Station, it took about an hour. I took a bus to go Jamdo on the third floor at Inchon airport. A few rain fell at there. I had to walk from the main street about half an hour, until the wharf appeared. (Because I took the bus to # 202). I had lunch in the noodle restaurant roadside. Elderly received a 3,000 won to Muui Island from Marina. Because the distance is no more than 1000m distance, I had to get off the ferry as soon as I took on it. Flock of seagulls is flying close to receive a feed, and fell to the sea on the ship. From Muui Island pier, I took a minibus to go Goangmyongri. It fell to Goangmyongri end point in less than half an hour.

 

Bridge over a small island from Muui Goangmyongri was completed at the end of 2011. Width was about 3.8m, distance was 400m. Water under the bridge was clear, and fishing ship went past. In small Muui Island, I payed thousand won as admission fee. Description has been described about the eight district and history of the small island Muui on the guide plate. It is about 2.5km walking around the island. I went up the stairs about 200m and arrived immediately on pavilion. I could overlooking a small island, 'the island of woman diver' south direction. I saw the radar's circle rounding on the southeast ridge of the mountain. I arrived the beach ' the beach of prominent figure  ( the beach of crying sand?)' where past president Parkjonghi liked to visit. I could rest on sandy beach. There was also a chair, 'our warm meeting story'  that was carved stone, men and women of the red color stone. Radar which is controling the ships which come in and out of Incheon harbor placed on top of the brick house on the northeast foot slope. It was recorded on the plate that 15 such facilities across the country is distributed. If you go down to the east of the island, fishing village and fishing boat came out on the sandy beach. There was LG panel building of the ' island story museum' in the center of the village. It is a three-story, but the outside figure of it is reminded me the windmill of children.

 

There was a observatory at the foot of the northwest 'Bucheokaemi '  from the beach. They say we can see the Gangwhado, Inchon Airport, and Yeonpyeong Island on a clear day on the north. Palmido is visible here, and the facilities of Incheon Songdo was faintly visible to the east. In addition, it is also visible Dukjeok island on southwest of the island. There was under the pine the Tangshan which people of the island raised rituals taking cattle to the heaven for a good haul of fish.  (Large) Muui island looked up close to over northwest. Intake facilities to extract the water of seawater is located to the westward. If we go more westward, there is west fishing village and marina on west.  If we go more westward further, there is the footbridge connecting to (large) Muui island. The small Muui island used to Depot during the Incheon landing operation time and it was a key area of ​​geographical region that was appropriate to come into the ships.  I was tired a little on leg, but could enjoy the views of the pretty island. When it comes to a sunny day, you will be able to observe the famous region and neighboring islands from small Muui island.
