도봉산 남쪽 무수골(無愁谷)

 

* 다음은 EHC club 에서 두번에 걸쳐 도봉산 남쪽의 서편에 있는 무수골(無愁谷) 을 통해서 등반하였던 기록이다.

2012.  4. 28 (Sat.)   무수골-선바위(우이암 아래)-보문 능선-도봉산 입구

 

 

 

 

             Hiking from Musoogol(無愁谷)  to Wontongsa(圓通寺) Temple

                                                                                               Dr. Gold

 

  We hiked to Musoogol valley about 1:40 p.m. on the 22th day(Sat.) in October.

At first, eight members walked from Dobong subway station along the stream westward.

We passed by a vegetable field, and began to climb.  After Gihyeonam, there were long 

shady trekking path with many stones.  We took a rest and had a lunch and fruits.  The maple

is turning red day by day, nowadays.

  We arrived at Wontongsa at last.  The temple was established about two hundred years ago.

The scale of the temple was small comparatively.  On the above of the temple, there was great rock

of Wooiam.  On the top, I tried to talk with Mr. Kiedding whether we went over the pass to Dobongsan

or not.  However, the cellular phones of some company could not be connected on mountains. 

We went down to town through the camed way.

  We had supper with meat soup in the restaurant near police substation. And Mr.Tom came to there.  After dinner, we droped in near Noraebang.  Dr. Gold went on to record one hundred point this time too.  We had a very pleasant time.  New camed member, Mr. Light who suggested to come Noraebang, paid for the room counting voluntarily.  We are thankful to every member who attended to hiking today. 

And we are welcome to anybody whoever has the passion to hike and to speak English.

 

 

Traffic

             Subway Line 1 :  Dobong station  get off.  walking to Musoogol westward during 20 min.

             Microbus  :  Changdong station Exit  eastward, Bus stop.  No. 08  bus for Musoogol(무수골).

                    Dobongsan Musugol Bomunridge Hiking

  We met just in 9:30 at Dobong station.  We walked along the stream westward.

We pasted early Nanhyangwon which is the estate of Sungshin University .

We climbed to Dobong mountain along the stream in Musugol.  And at Sunbawi

we changed the way to Bomun range.  The course is composed of some high slope.

At last we arrived at the bottom of Uiam.  The azalea blossom bloomed

on the upper part of the mountain and  royal azalea(철쭉) blossom bloomed

at the bottom of it.

  We walked down along the Bomoon ridge.  The path was easy to walk.  And there

was shadow below the trees.  We had lunch in a restraurant which is located

at the entrance of Dobongsan mountain about 2 p.m.
